I'm really grateful for how much kink exploration furries do. Vore is something I've been fascinated with since before I knew what to call it, and even before puberty.

As a kid I would wrap myself in a blanket and pretend a snake was eating me. And I'd daydream about a tiger swallowing me and then riding around in their belly on adventures. Then puberty hit and I started having sexual vore fantasies. I still didn't know the term vore, this was before vore jokes were all over the internet. I felt weird and alone.

Eventually, I ran into furry vore, and primarily, it was a relief. There were other folks out there with these same weird thoughts! And while I'm not the only one who just inexplicably likes it, a lot of the vore community picked it up from just exploring different kinks, and giving it a chance. That makes the vore community a lot bigger than it would be otherwise, and is just nice. And of course I've done my own share of kink exploring picking up lots of other interests.
